The XP-242E is a multipurpose, high speed, high precision compact mounter using Fuji's new Full Vision System.

  • Wide handling range from 1005s (in. 0402) to parts up to 45 X 150mm.
  • 100% bump detection for the components such as CSPs and BGAs.
  • Supports the supply up to 40 component types on tape or stick feeders and upto 20 component types on trays.
  • Mechanical chuck supported.
  • Compatible with mechanical feeders used on IP series, and QP-242E machines.
  • Supports the creation and editing of production programs at the machine allows the user to 'teach' the machine fine adjustments.
  • The XP-242E is a powerful machine on its own right. However, when installed next to the high speed XP-142E boost machine, users can configure a system with excellent cost performance.
