Electrovert OmniFlex series of lead free capable reflow ovens are
specifically designed to optimize operating efficiencies , reduce
maintenance intervals and lower life-cycle costs. These
efficiencies have been gained through design enhancements, such
as standard closed loop blower control and an advanced chamber
design for more balanced airflow with minimal turbulence, which
improve heat transfer and substantially reduce power and nitrogen
consumption. The OmniFlex system consumes upto 50% less
power and upto 30-35% less nitrogen than comparable platforms
available today. In addition, a proprietary self-cleaning Flux
Extraction System (FES) reduces maintenance intervals,
representing a significant gain in uptime. The patent pending FES
consists of multiple, multi-stage collection units strategically
located with in the heating sections to continuously scrub process
gas for unwanted particulates. |

| Heating Technology |
The OmniFlex "heat-on-intake" chamber design introduces a
balanced air stream into the heating chamber. This method
offers exceptional zone-tozone segregation plus minimal peak
temperature delta performance. |

| Closed-Loop Blower Control |
Standard closed-loop blower control balances airflow with
minimal turbulence to improve heat transfer and substantially
reduce power and N2 Consumption. |

| Air Cooling Technology |
The air cooling module offers independent four-speed blower
control through the software plus standard closed-loop blower
control with blower failure detection. |

| VariCool™ Cooling Technology |
The nitrogen cooling module consists of vertical cooling
chambers that offer independent, closed-loop variable blower
control for precise control of cooling slopes and assembly exit
temperatures. |

| Patented Rail Heaters |
Rail heaters can reduce peak temperature deltas to within 1.5°C
for products with large thermal mass. This is beneficial for
products with mass on the edges of electrical assemblies. |
