vCheck is a multi dimensional quality manufacturing system designed
to increase profitability and customer satisfaction by making all
aspects of quality testing and inspection visible to any decision maker.
vCheck also provides in real-time the tools needed to analyze the

The system ties together the work orders and routings to each PCB ID
via bar codes. vCheck also builds a graphical project definition by use
of the CAD and BOM data, or by interface with existing projects
already defined in Valor's vPlan solution for off line process planning
and preparation. |
From initial bar coding to final pack out, vCheck modules are deployed
to gather data from inspection and test stations, analysis and repair
stations and wip tracking stations along the process route. The
vCheck system is then ready to track and control production
processes, parts, PCB assemblies, sub assemblies and box build
systems all the way through final pack out. |
