ONYX 24/25
Developed especially for large boards the ONYX 24/25 offers Force Controlled Z axis movement for a precise positioning and handling of the components.
- 4 motorised axes, closed loop motion control.
  For smaller boards, but also capable of handling boards up to 300x400mm (in onyx 25 boards up to 520 mm width, no limitation for length thanks to open construction).
  2000 w top heater; 3500 w 300 x 300mm bottom side preheating
  The board cooling option adds benefits for leadfree soldering and faster process times.
  Option for site redressing after removal of component.
  Closed loop airflow control.
  Standard zevac gas nozzles.
