TraceXpert is the world’s leading productivity and quality control system for SMT production and is designed to meet today’s lean manufacturing environment requirements. Full factory production monitoring and industrial strength control is provided - increasing key performance indicators and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) as a result.

TraceXpert provides a solution for assembly lines consisting of any machine vendor/model, for example, Siemens, Panasonic, Fuji, Yamaha, MPM and Universal. Included are dedicated hardware and software solutions for cutting edge machine monitoring and machine control.

All production steps are incorporated in TraceXpert, from component reception through to product completion. All production activities are recorded in a standard SQL database, not only for real-time purposes but also for detailed multi-level reporting and traceability.
 
TraceXpert has been designed with operator ease-of-use in mind, regardless of where an operator action is required. This is achieved through easy-to-use graphic displays, which clearly indicate production and machine status, and required operator actions.
